As always tremendous service from Bill L. and the techs. Great value! Now for a long story, which I will try to make short. My 2004 Sienna is getting on, with over 207,000 km. Thanks to Bill and your techs, she still runs like new, but it is also the longest I ever owned a car. I was disappointed when the 2010 Sienna is basically the same as my 2004 model. I started to look around for a new car, and thought the Ford Flex would fit my needs as I still need lots of room. BUT, I know of the terrible service my daughter and friends have received from Ford, so I decided to wait it out. I was very pleased to learn that the all-new Sienna for 2011 is being introduced this month at the LA Auto Show. Thanks to Bill L and great value service, I will be buying a new 2011 Sienna.

Looked After Immediately

On Friday, September 25, our car "bottomed out" on country lane. I was concerned about possible damage, as a result, and wanted to have an inspection. Even without an appointment, I was looked after immediately on arrival by Paul. He noticed that the car was soon due for maintenance, and I requested an appointment for the Drive Clean Test. He said that he could arrange to do all three things within an hour and a half or two at the most. Two filters needed to be replaced, he showed me how dirty they were and the cost for new ones. The car was ready in one and a half hours as promised. Many thanks to Paul!

Our car failed late Saturday afternoon and fortunately, Ryan Sheehey was working at that time. He waited until our car was towed to your facility, made sure I had a rental car available and started the process moving forward. I got a call midday on Monday with info on why and what had happened along with advice that the work was completed. Once I dropped off the rental car, I was in and out of EPT in minutes and surprised to find my work was covered at no cost. For the last 1.5 years since we got our car, I have visited your service facility a number of times, some for maintenance and some for actual problems. Ruan Sheehey has always been there, treating me in a friendly but professional way or he made sure someone else would help me. When it comes to our car, I don't know what I would do without Ryan's help in your service area and I have passed that info on as a recommendation to others.

He explains everything to me each time and makes recommendations based on my needs. He also contacts me and follows-up as promised. I have no complaints. I went in with an under-inflated tire which, as it turned out, needed to be replaced. The actual tire I needed was not in stock but Ryan managed to somehow find an appropriate tire for me. Since I had to be up North to volunteer at a charity event the following day, I was very appreciative of his assistance in my hour of need. Thanks Ryan!!!

I had an issue with a shimmying problem while I was driving along. It was intermittent and I suspected the problem would not replicate itself at the dealership and I was right.
