We had the best experience buying our new car here in the fall of 2025. From the beginning to the end of the process our salesman Kolade has been the absolute best. His customer service is unmatched. He has had endless patience with my millions of questions and requests for updates. He’s super knowledgeable about everything Toyota and everything about cars in general. I recently leased in a New Toyota Corolla Cross. I had a smooth and great experience from the time I met the Product Advisor - Rishav Sharma to the time I took delivery of the car. Every detail i needed to know was clearly explained. The product advisor was easy to reach on email and Every time I had a question on some aspect of the deal - Rishav was quick to respond with all the information needed. When we went to the showroom - all documents were prepared and ready and the deal was completed effortlessly. I would like to add a Big Thank you to Account Manager - Alex too who was very clear in explaining the deal. All in all a great service - A great vehicle. I am glad I chose this dealer. Have been with Erin Park Toyota for the past 8 years. Bought cars there and maintain cars there too. Very happy with both sales and maintenance services. This year Mario is the service rep for my car's maintenance needs. He has done a very good job in terms of identifying works required and organize to have them completed. Very happy with the experience.
