I’m super picky when it comes to my car. I don’t just go anywhere. I’ve tried 6-7 Toyota service centres over time, just to find the right service advisor. For me, it’s not just about the place-it’s about who’s handling your car, who understands you, and who makes you feel comfortable. On April 24, I visited Erin Park Toyota for the first time, and honestly, it was a great experience. Dominique booked my appointment quickly and was super helpful. My appointment was for 3:30 PM, but my car went up on the lift around 5:30 PM. I didn’t mind the wait at all—since I booked it last minute, I think it was a cancelled slot they gave me, so I was just happy to get in. The waiting lounge was relaxing, and the whole place had a really good vibe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The moment I walked in, Kamal, the service advisor. This guy’s solid. He understood what I needed within seconds, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and made sure everything-from the oil change to the filter replacement and full check-up-was done right. I asked a bunch of questions, and he patiently answered every one of them-no rushing, no vague replies. He cleared all my doubts and explained everything in a way that made sense. That kind of clear communication really builds trust. I’ve finally found someone I can trust with my car again. I’ll be coming back here for sure for Kamal. Great customer service! I went there today with no appointment as i was trying to fill my gas and it would spill over. Talked to Nick, talked to Nick (Service Manager) and he told me to bring my car into the service bay. Not long after he was running after me and said to go to a different gas station and see if I could fill the tank. And thanks be to God, I was able to get a full tank. Erin Park Toyota treats me like family and very accommodating. Mario is a great service advisor and very sincere. Oh, my favourite in the payment section is Vanessa, always makes sure I get my senior discount! Oh and finally, ask for Derrick Brown, he’ll make sure your car is in tip top shape as you bring in your car and exit the dealership. 💯 😊

I bought my 2025 Toyota Sienna last month, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and service I received. Mr. Jim was absolutely wonderful to deal with ,Very polite, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Everyone else at the dealership was also very courteous and professional. The entire process was smooth and stress-free , no surprises and no pressure from anyone. It’s been almost a month now, and the van has been driving beautifully. The Sienna is incredibly roomy, much more practical than the Highlander, and the fuel economy has really impressed me. I’m especially thankful to Mr. Jim for taking the time to walk me through all the features — I wouldn’t have known about things like Lane Keep Assist and the detailed information available on the car’s screen without his clear explanations. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and truly grateful to Mr. Jim and the entire team for making this such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car in the GTA area I will try to update again after one year of driving.
