We had the best experience buying our new car here in the fall of 2025. From the beginning to the end of the process our salesman Kolade has been the absolute best. His customer service is unmatched. He has had endless patience with my millions of questions and requests for updates. He’s super knowledgeable about everything Toyota and everything about cars in general. He’s such a genuinely nice guy and he’s got a great sense of humour, he’s so wonderful to work with. Consistently excellent service and experience at Erin Park Toyota. Vanessa at the service desk is exceptional, and always provides friendly, 10/10 customer service! My service advisor, David, was also great, and ensured that my appointment started and ended on time without any fuss. Last, but certainly not least, long-time service advisor, Mario, deserves a mention here because he is the best in the business, and certainly the best service advisor that Erin Park Toyota has to offer. Overall, good experience, and I appreciate the whole team's efforts, including the mechanics behind the scenes. Thanks for another excellent service, appreciate the Erin Park Toyota Team!

I’m super picky when it comes to my car. I don’t just go anywhere. I’ve tried 6-7 Toyota service centres over time, just to find the right service advisor. For me, it’s not just about the place-it’s about who’s handling your car, who understands you, and who makes you feel comfortable. On April 24, I visited Erin Park Toyota for the first time, and honestly, it was a great experience. Dominique booked my appointment quickly and was super helpful. My appointment was for 3:30 PM, but my car went up on the lift around 5:30 PM. I didn’t mind the wait at all—since I booked it last minute, I think it was a cancelled slot they gave me, so I was just happy to get in. The waiting lounge was relaxing, and the whole place had a really good vibe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The moment I walked in, Kamal, the service advisor. This guy’s solid. He understood what I needed within seconds, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and made sure everything-from the oil change to the filter replacement and full check-up-was done right. I asked a bunch of questions, and he patiently answered every one of them-no rushing, no vague replies. He cleared all my doubts and explained everything in a way that made sense. That kind of clear communication really builds trust. I’ve finally found someone I can trust with my car again. I’ll be coming back here for sure for Kamal. If you care about your car like I do, definitely ask for him. He’s a total pro
