I have a 2010 Tundra CrewMax so over the last sixteen years, I have dealt with almost everyone at Erin Park Toyota at one time or another and they are a great bunch. I took my truck into Erin Park today because I had a "feeling" that something wasn't right underneath, muffler, etc. and Ken was right there as soon as I drove through the door today wanting to help me in whatever need I had. I never worry. Ken listened to every concern I had and answered every question and assured me they would get to the bottom of the problem. Clarence, the shuttle driver is just as friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile, conversation and a safe drive. Vanessa at the pay desk is a friendly, smiling, wonder of a person who, although I am parting with my money, she makes it a pleasant experience. She doesn't just sit and take my money, she asks how my day is going, how my family is and shows a caring interest in me. I know it sounds corny but the people at Erin Park Toyota treats and makes me feel like family.
