The improvements made to the 2022 Toyota RAV4

For 2022, the Toyota RAV4 receives styling changes and the addition of a new trim level in order to become more compelling than ever in the popular compact crossover segment.

A more modern appearance

The 2022 Toyota RAV4 has been updated with many design changes that make it look more modern and more refined than the previous models. The most noticeable of these changes are the headlamps, which feature one of two new LED designs on every model above the XLE trim level. In addition, the TRD Pro, the XSE and the Brand-new SE hybrid will be available in a new vibrant paint color called Cavalry blue. This hue is made to emphasise the sporty character of these models and make them stand-out from the crowd. This paint is even combined with a black roof on the XSE model in order to maximise its visual impact. To round out the cosmetic changes, the wheels receive their share of attention. The XLE Hybrid and the Limited Hybrid are granted a new design, while the LE Hybrid, the XLE and the Trail keep the same wheels but paint them a new color.

A new trim level

The 2022 Toyota RAV4 adds another trim level to its already large lineup in order to appeal to even more buyers. The new SE Hybrid adopts a distinctive sporty look and a complete equipment list. For example, this model comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat, a monotone exterior colour scheme and a heated steering wheel, to only name a few. Since this model slots above the XLE in the lineup, it benefits from the new LED headlamp housings. If you whish to distinguish yourself even more, the SE Hybrid can be ordered in Cavalry blue, a new colour that is sure to stand-out.
